My name's Alex. I'm sort of an only child.

I used to go to school for Creative Writing, but I didn't finish. After some thought I'm going back, but for film this time.

I collect movies. Can't really pick favorites, but I usually say Almodovar's Talk to Her when asked.

I've lived in six US states. Right now I'm in or near Portland, OR.

I post on Blamo sometimes, but less than I used to.

I have two cats but they don't live with me because I can't have pets in my apartment.

I've been singing a lot of karaoke recently.

I used to smoke Pall Malls and American Spirits. I'm kinda trying to give that up, but we'll see how that goes.

I haven't eaten meat since 1997, but I try not to make a thing about it.
